Recently seen, a title of a book under review in the New York Times Book Review:

GIVE PEOPLE MONEY: HOW A UNIVERSAL INCOME WOULD END POVERTY, REVOLUTIONIZE WORK, AND REMAKE THE WORLD

The author of this book is Anne Lowrey. Some people never learn from history. Lowrey was born in 1984: that says it all.
